The Villa at Cosmos St Lucia

The Villa sleeps 12-14 guests in six bedrooms. Guests of the villa enjoy exclusive use of the Cantilever Lounge, Guest Bar, Chef’s Kitchen, Terraces, Infinity Pool, Solar Plunge Pool, Outdoor Kitchen, Alfresco Dining Area, Gardens and Pavilion Lounge.

Prices are for 12 guests. An extra guest may be added to two bedrooms at an additional cost of $100 per night per guest allowing for a total of 14 guests. A generous continental breakfast buffet is included. Please note that there is a 15% additional local tax on all accommodation and meals.

The Lodge at Cosmos St Lucia

Located in a secluded position on the property, a studio style accommodation with queen bed, full kitchen, bar, lounge area, outdoor bathroom, sundeck and private plunge pool. A generous continental breakfast buffet is included. The Lodge may be rented separately or together with the villa; please enquire. Please note that there is a 15% additional local tax on all accommodation, food, beverage and extras.

Terms and Conditions

1. A deposit of 50% of the rent is payable upon making a booking. Remaining rent is due 60 days before arrival.

2. A booking may be cancelled up to 90 days before arrival with a full refund less a processing fee of 5% of the value of the booking not to include tax. For bookings cancelled after that date, a portion of the amount paid will be forfeited in increasing linear proportion up to 30 days prior to arrival. Within the last 30 days there is no refund of rental monies paid. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may interfere with their vacation.

3. If for any reason the property cannot be reasonably used or occupied, all rental and deposit monies will be refunded, but the Resort cannot be held responsible for other costs arising, to include airline cancellations.

4. A 15% surcharge for local taxes will be added to all accommodation, food, beverage and extras.

5. The manager will take a copy of your passport and credit card details upon arrival. During the stay, all meals and spa services will be charged to guests’ cards on a regular basis. Please let the manager know if you would prefer to pay cash and if you wish to use more than one card.

6. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Late check-out may be available and there is a US $100 charge per hour after 12 noon.
