The Villa at Cosmos St Lucia
The Villa sleeps 12 guests in six bedrooms. Two more guests may be added on single beds in two of our bedrooms, allowing for a maximum of 14 guests in six bedrooms, and there is an additional charge of $100 per extra guest per night. Â Guests of the villa enjoy exclusive use of the cantilever lounge, guest bar, chef’s kitchen, terraces, infinity pool, solar plunge pool, outdoor kitchen, alfresco dining area, gardens and Pavilion lounge. Â A generous continental breakfast buffet is included in the rate. Â Please note that there is a 15% additional tax on all accommodation and meals.

Located in a secluded position on the property, a studio style accommodation with queen bed, full kitchen, bar, lounge area, outdoor bathroom, sun deck and private plunge pool. A generous continental breakfast is included in the rate, served in the privacy of the Lodge. Â Please note that there is an additional 15% tax added to all accommodation and meals.

- The Lodge: Â US $395 per night (studio style with own kitchen and private plunge pool, sleeps 2)
Mid Season
May – August – November
- The Villa: Â US $1750 per night (six bedrooms, sleeps 12-14)
- The Lodge: Â US $450 per night (studio style with own kitchen and private plunge pool, sleeps 2)
High Season
December – January – February – March – April
- The Villa: Â US $1950 per night (six bedrooms, sleeps 12-14)
- The Lodge: Â US $475 per night (studio style with own kitchen and private plunge pool, sleeps 2)
Christmas – New Year
- The Villa: Â US $2950 per night (six bedrooms, sleeps 12-14)
- Lodge:  US $550 per night (studio style with own kitchen and private plunge pool, sleeps 2)
Please note…
- There is a 15% tax on all accommodation and food
- Minimum stay requirements:
- Villa: Â seven nights stay Christmas/New Year and high season. Four night stay, low and mid seasons
- Lodge: Â seven night stay Christmas/New Year, four night stay high season, three night stay, low and mid seasons
- Cosmos St Lucia has five full time staff, a house manager, chef, two housekeepers and garden/pool manager. Â Housekeeping is included in the rates.
- Continental breakfast is included for all guests.  Lunch and dinner are available at an additional cost.
- Villa bookings may be made up to 24 months in advance
- Lodge bookings may be made up to 9 months in advance
Terms and Conditions
1. A deposit of 50% of the rent is payable upon making a booking. Remaining rent is due 60 days before arrival.
2. A booking may be canceled up to 90 days before arrival with a full refund less a processing fee of 5% of the full value of the booking not to include tax. For bookings canceled after that date, a portion of the amount paid will be forfeited in increasing linear proportion up to 30 days prior to arrival. Within the last 30 days there is no refund of rental monies paid. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may interfere with their vacation.
3. If for any reason the property cannot be reasonably used or occupied, all rental and deposit monies will be refunded, but the owner cannot be held responsible for other costs arising, to include airline cancellations.
4. If you are not able to get to St Lucia due to government travel restrictions relating to Covid-19, or if St Lucia should change their protocol or lock-down due to a change in circumstances, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your stay – right up until your date of arrival.
5. A 15% surcharge for local taxes will be added to all accommodation, food and drink.
