Spa Treatments at Cosmos St Lucia
Your total relaxation and restoration is our mission at Cosmos St Lucia, so we’ve designed superb in-house spa treatments using natural ingredients that ease tensions and unwind the mind, body and spirit.
Villa guests are invited to indulge in luxurious spa treatments in the Pavilion Lounge while listening to the trickle of the solar fountain and gentle birdsong, while Lodge guests can enjoy treatments in the privacy of their space.
You will be in good hands with our trusted local therapists who excel in helping our guests melt into vacation mode. We use extra virgin coconut oil that is hand pressed locally as the base for our massage blend. With excellent emollient properties, coconut oil can boost the moisture content of your skin; it is also an excellent conditioner for your hair to protect from the drying effects of sun and seawater.
Start with a coconut oil and sea salt body scrub to aid circulation and exfoliation prior to massage. Our therapists have healing hands and will tailor your massage to address areas of tension using traditional Swedish and deep tissue techniques, but don’t be shy to make requests if you have a specific need.
Our purifying facial starts with a deep cleanse, followed by a purifying mask using local mud rich in minerals and exfoliating properties from Soufrière’s famous volcano. Whilst the masque is left on, a soothing head massage is given with optional coconut oil combed through the hair. The treatment is finished with a pressure point facial massage, and a rejuvenating aloe vera masque to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
